We ship across Aotearoa with tracked NZ Post Couriers, typically NZ$ 9–18 depending on size and rural delivery. Each bear travels in tissue paper, with a soft pouch and a hand-written note.

International

We do ship internationally on request. Please write to us before placing an order so we can quote you a fair courier rate to Australia, the UK, Europe or North America.

Returns & the adoption promise

Because each bear is one of a kind, we describe and photograph them as honestly as we can. If your bear arrives and isn't quite who you'd hoped for, please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a return and a refund (excluding return shipping), as long as the bear comes home in the same condition it left in.

Antique and collectible bears with notable age and wear are sold as-is — but always with full notes on their condition.

Lost or damaged in transit

All parcels are tracked and insured. If something goes wrong, contact us straight away and we'll sort it together.
